Golden State Warriors at Oracle Arena

Oracle Arena has been the home of the Golden State Warriors since 1966, the same year that it was opened. The arena opened and spent the majority of its existence named the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Arena. In 1997, the arena name was changed to The Arena in Oakland and then again to Oakland Arena in 2004. In 2006, the Golden State Warriors formally announced a 10-year agreement with the Oracle Corporation that would change the name once again to Oracle Arena.
